Though voluntary labor of the inhabitants of Soard Commune, Tarnava-)are
Judos , a bridge has been built over a valley near the town of Soard. Coet of
the bridge has been estimated at 470,000 lei, but the actual cost was only 60,000
let for material. Voluntary labor saved 410,000 lei.
