1. Intelligence or reconnaissaaoe work is of primar3, inportance. Wherever
& military unit arrives, steps should be taken at once to organize a comprehensive
reconnaissance network involving all the people. MSke every possible effort to
dIe over and impress into service all reliable person. who may be sources of in-
