(Mukden) states that the *fortheaet Postal Bureau announces inau-
guration, 21 March, of parcel poet service between ten cities of
the Northeast and eight points is ftorth China. The ten cities oP
the Northeast are: Shen-yang, Chia-Chou, Chang-ch'un, 9au-ping,
Ha-erh-p1n, Ch'i-ch'i-Ina-erh, Ru-tan-chiaug, Chie-mu-sou, ChI-11n,
and An-turg. The eight points in ftors:h China are: T'len-Ching,
pei-ping, Chang-chin-k'ou (~elgan), Pao-ling, Shih-chle-Chuang,
~Cu-tia'u, T'gi-ku, and Heng-shui. Preparations are being made: for
