heotsres, or 26 percent of total area to be planted, have already been sown.

hectares or 35.5 percent, and Ramnicul Sarat, 45,628 hectares or 34.4 percent.
Unfavorable weather has retarded spring planting in Momarue, Campulr0ng, Suceave,
and Clue Judeta.
