The factory in located near the Prva Osjeoka Fabrika Sapuna (First Osijek Soap Factory), to which it will supply raw materials for making soap. The new factory is expected to begin production an I July 1949. The oil factory is located in the immediate vicinity of the corn-growing district, from which it will obtain its raw material.
