The following trade regulations were recently promulgnted by the Tlien-ohing
People's Government:
1. Earohanto will be permitted to transport commodities in or out of the
city with the exception of the following, Which are government controlled: guns,
ammunition, saltpetei, sulfur, zinc, lead, antimony, nickel, antimony sulfide,
TNT, acids (including byLJoyenici sulfuric, hydrochloric and nitric acido),
radio traammitters, bullion, foreign currency, wireless telephones, and receivers
and tranenitters.
2. All production units of government agencies and military forces state
enterprises, and 000peratives managed by helen government or above desiring to
purchase government-controlled or noneontrolled oommodities in the city must

enter such areas; upon returning to the city, it most be surrendered. In addi-
