The Statistics Administration of Tashkent Oblast announces the following
data on fulfillment of the first-quarter 1949 plan.
Taehkent City completed 98 percent of the first-quarter gross-production
plan, including Union, Union-Republic, and Republic enterprises, 99 percent,
and local industrial enterprises, 92 percent. The volume of gross production
in the first quarter of 1949 was 104 percent of the first quarter 1948, in-
eluding Union, Union-Republic, and Republic enterprises, 102 percent, and
local industrial enterprises, 119 percept.
Tashkent Oblast fulfilled the first-quarter production plan 1012 percent,
including Union. Union-Republic, and Ratpublic enterprises, 102 percent, and
local enterFieaa 103 percent. The volume of gross production, during the
first quarter of 191+9 was 118 percent of the 1948 first-quarter volume, includ-
ing Union, Union-Republic, and Republic enterprises, 119 percent, and local
enterprises 110 percent.
