Voroehilov is accepting students for the beginning and senior courses. The Institute trains mechanical engi- neers for the operation of aircraft and aircraft engines. Soviet male ritizeno, between 17 and 35, who have completed secondary school education, are admittei to the Institute. Entrance examinations are required in mathematics, phyaice, chemidtry, Russian language and literature, and one foreign language (English, German, or French). Applications may be filed from 20 June to :i1 July. All. atuients of th, institute receive tree tuition and subeily for living ex- p=een and uniform. Students with grades of good or excellent receive scholarships. A group of pilots have completed their training under the Tashauz Oblast Or- ganizational Bureau of DOSAV in Turkmen M. The majority of the graduates re- ceived high grades In the course.
