According to a Gove:?nmer_t decision, anew 26-floor building Se to be
erected fur the Moeaow University, The martiV thousand students of the University
lave offered to help with the building. Last year the gomsomol organizaticae of
the physics and chasSe*.ry dopart~nts imYited all students to contribute 15 work-
ing days each to the construction pro,}ect. This euggeetioa found wide response,
drat 1,000 students working during 1948. They built driveways, honeee for coa-
etruotion workers, and helped the subsidiary enterprioes.
This year the Somaomol committee of the University has worked out a more
