The 1949 planned gas production is 34 million cubic meters. The installation department of the Ceavcrks plans to install 6,200 gas metcre during 1949. The entire responsibility of s_p.iying Warsaw with new gas maters rests with the :iasworks' vorkahope, which to date have repaired 3,822 gas meters. -Over a 4-month period, 3,437 gas meters were installed. Can meters ordered from Tarua and Tczew have been greatly delayed; hove-or, because of the great effort made by the workers at the (heworke, Warsaw's needs will be satisfied up to 22 July 1949, As of 1 May 1949, there were 37,26C gas consumers.
