Wages shall be compute- on the basis of a "fen" (Ueda. 734), each fen
having the following fixed values. fools, 2.16 pounds; chieh-fang cloth, 7.86
inches in length, vegetet e .50I+ pound, salt, .06 pound, and bituminous
coat, 7.3 ponds,
