grokps, which will be heeded by deputy miu.+stera. The first group will consist
of mines, ? chemiaa2 industry, and poxer; it will be headsd by Engineer Seatopluk
Rada. The second production group will consist of metallurgy axd the metal
i~uetry, sai wilt be directed for the time being by Minister Aliment. The
