'The Worker," which Se a compilation of the ].iterar- works of tho members. The
music circle's chorus has grown from ~5 at the b3ginning to the present size of
60 meml:ere. This group hcs entertained the ~.i.ll workers four time e, and also

The 88 members cf the dstroa circle wrote and performed saran plays, including
the plays Inspired by the Chew Is]an3 Incident, entitled "Chew Do," 'Those Who
Long for the Sun," and "Tile Hwalln Mountain." They entertained the mill workers
sir times, and played in :he public halts two times during the first quarter of
the year. The group stages p~.blic perfomnnca on an average of txlco a month, and
has entertained more than 10,^QO people since its cr~anlzaticn. The juvenile
drama group also has bean eucceaeful in its pubL'c perfozmanca of n play called
"Whits Snow and P`npty Bands."
