The investment outlay for Warsaw and its suburban areas emarunts to 366 billion zlotys, which is approximately 9.h of the iuvestment outlay for the eatire nation: The investment credit will be divided as follows: for development of industry, 105 billion zlotys; for kousing construction, 72 billion zlotys; far cultural and social projects, 511.7 billion zlotys; and for mmnicipal transportation and public buildings, 38 billion zlotys. biareavIa area, whici at present is 142 square kilometers, will be inoreaaed to h00 square kilometere. The Sluzewiec area, measuring 200 hectares, will contain supply industries, each as plant nurseries, warehouses, refrigeration and processing plants, the 'Paged' lumberyards, etc. The only industrial factory, in the strict eenee, will be a tool factory msploying 2,000 workers and, later, a cigarette fa&cury. Ware- houses of the Central. Administration of the Coal Industry and a central hosting plant will be included later in this area. The $ielce area will oomprize the section 1,etween Czernlakoveka, Chelmeks, and Podaherazych streets. It will contain large government garages, the building of'the Central Office of School Supplies, the newsreel and short-feature-film, etadios. The latter are already under construction.
