Ran-k'ou, 11 September -- On 5 September, the third oeecion of the
Central P!.aine People's Government was convened by Chairman Tong 9zu-hui
(Usda: 12223, 2262, 3284). Be proposed that, since th*, liberation and
unification of the six provinces under the jurisdiction cf the Central Plains
People's Government were nearing ooapletion, the present Ministry of ?imanoe
and Lcvnomicr, be abolished and. reorganized into the Ministries of Fi!anoe,
Industry, and Commerce. In addition, he suggested that a Ministry of Health
be established.

tary Control Commission in Tsinghai Province was formally established by order
