A large tertile combine ie being constructed in the suburbs of Yellin. ^oa-

Construction of a printing combine which will print 30 papers with a total
circulation of over one million, as well as 32 periodicals, has been begun at
Tashkent.
New large carpet-producing combines which will produce tens of thousands
of equate meters of carpets and stair carpets yearly have been opened in Belo-
russia. The carpets will average 20 square meters. A factory which will pro-
duce 30,000 square meters of carpets yearly is being built in Armenia, where
3,000 persons working in 18 cooperatives, are employed in carpet making.
