The cities of Bel'tay, Tiraspol', Kishinev, and Bendery fulfilled the gross-production plan but failed to most the plan for quantitative production of main types of goods. The Kishinev Railroad System fulfilled the third-quarter plan for average daily loading 111 percent, including 102.5 percent by the first division (Bessarabekaya Station) and 128 percent by the second division (Kishinev Station). The Administration of the Dneetr River Pleat and waterways of the Council of Ministers Moldavian SSE fulfilled the third-quarter plan for freight transport 61 percent and for passenger transport 60.5 percent. The Ministry of Automobile Transport Moldavian SSR fulfilled the third-quarter freight-transport plat. 91 percent. The third-quarter plan for centralized capital inveatment was fulfilled 79 per- cent in the republic as a whole, including 77 percent for Republic and local con- struction projects and 83 percent for Union projects. Among enterprises of the Administration of Local Trade, 1bgul City Trade fulfilled 82 percent of the plan and the Dining Hall and Restaurant Trust 84 percent. In the Moldavian Consumers' ibion, 26 rayon consumers' unions failed to meet the third-quarter plan for retail trade turnover. The Tedinetekiy Rayon Consumers' tlsion fell short of the plan by 12 percent, tperchenekiy Rayon tbion by 11 percent, Ieavskiy Rayon Union by 11 percent, and the T.arpinenskiy Union by 7 percent.
