ing iaport-ezport inspection rdgulationse
1. All ezports end imports ha~iug the following chnreoterietice shall be
hendlad according to these regulation.e.

2. The Iiet of goods to be inspected shall be deteraiaed by the Ministry
of Industry and Ca?eroe of the North China People's go~ern'ent,
3. Goode should Ire inspected nt the port of eabarYatica or dieeabarkntion,
but to facilitate ezport movement, ezporte nay be inspected in7ead at lerge con-
centration centers.
4. Goode requiring inspection may not be imported or ezported xithout in-
spection certificates.
5. Foreigln imports accoapanied by iaepecticm certificates mqy bo paseea
without inspection imleee it appenre they are not ee indicated om the eocampany-
ing oertifionte, in which case inspection shell be enforced.
6. The standards of inspection shall be set br the Ministry of Industry
sad Cosmieice.

Shen-yang, 21 November (CPAC) -- The paddy rice yield in the Horthenst in
1949 vne generally n bumper crop. From a total of 467,200 sores a yield of
470,300 tcae vas harveetod. This yield ie about twice that for other cereal
crops (grain sorghum and maize). The largest acreage for paddy rice in the
