PLarmscies Administration; inserted by the Moscow Penicillin Plant No 40, Minis-
try of Heath USSR.

of these shops had even 75 percent of the labor productivity of the superphos-

gross production.

The Firovakan Chemical Plant (Armenian SSR) has begun mass production of a
fine cyanamide grain to be used in cotton-picking by machine. Spraying the
machine's vacuum chamber with a solution of this chemical speeds up the work. The
first batches of the new procauct have been dispatched to the cotton areae of Uzbek-
istan.

The "Koksokhimmontazh" (Coke-Chemical Plant Construction) TY'ust completed
its capital construction plan for 1949 on 2 November. 13y that date, about
kilometers of pipe had been installed and thousands of tonr.of ?;7etal structures
erected. The trust had also put 16,000 tons of refractory materials into coke
batteries.
The Keremovo "Karbolit" Plastics Plant has the following types of shops;
armature, synthetic-resin, tool, machinery-repair, and hydraulic press shops.
