The Rumanian Pern?znent Committee for Defending the Peace calls upon all
Rumanians to sign the appeal sent out by the Permanent Cormaittoe c. t'ro~ World
Congress of the Partisans of Peace at the meeting which was held in Stockholm
from 3.5 to 19 March 1950. The Rumanian Permanent Committee for D=icndiug the
Peace, listed below, was elected by popular vote prior to the meeting of the
World Congress.
