THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION A Technical School of Agriculture, the first of its kind in the German Demo- cratic Republic, has been opened in Halle. Thirty cattle-breeding experts, planting specialists, cultural directors, and agricultural instructors will be trained in courses of 4-6 weeks. The institute is equipped with the necessary training material and has a library of 8,000 volumes. A school of government administration for Land Mecklenburg has been opened in Schoenberg. The first 6-month course for 120 employees of the administration will begin It May. Three agricultural schools, five trade schools, and a school for navigation will also be opened in Rostock. Forty-six Polish students have completed their studies at the Master School of Graphic Arts in Leipzig and returned to their native country. At present, 35 Polish students are being trained at the Leipzig institute, and 30 more are ex- pected to arrive at the end of June.
