Regulations for enrollment are the same as for all other vtuzes in the USSR.
Entrance examinations are conducted in accordance with study programs approved by
the Ministry of Higher Education for all vtuzes.
Students at transport vtuzes are provided with stipends in accordance with
general regulations. Students in the Operations and Commerce faculties receive
increased stipends. Out of town students are provided with dormitory space.
