REPORTS CZECHOSLOVAK URANIUM EXPLOITATION CEDED TO USSR Paris (Agence France Presse) -- A secret agreement between Czechoslovakia and the'USSR was recently concluded, according to Rehak, Secretary-General of the Council of Free Czechoslovakia. The agreement allegedly contains the fol- lowing-two provisions: 1. The exploitation of all uranium deposits in Czechoslovakia is to be ceded to the USSR. The regions involved are to be placed under Soviet adminis- tration of an extraterritorial character.
