NEW REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT IN OFFICE -- Belgrade, Rad, 8 Nov 50
Cetinje, 7 November -- The People?s Skupstina of Montenegro today accepted
the proposed formation of a new government, The new government includes the
following members;
Blazo Jovanovic, Premier; Andrija Mugosa, Vice Premier, Chairman of the
Economic Council, and Chairman of the Planning Commission; Savo Brkovic, Chair-
man of the Council for the Legislature and Chairman of the State Control Commis-
sion; Savo Joksimovic, Minister of Internal Affairs; Jefto Scepanovic, Minister
of Industry; Komnen Cerovi1.:, sinister of Agriculture and Forestry; Vlado Bozovic,
Minister of Local Economy and Communal Affairs; Spaso Drakic, Minister of Con-
struction; Nikola Djakonovic, Minister of Commerce and State Procurement; Gojko
Garcevic, Minister of Finance; Vuko Radovic, Minister of Education; Zivko Zizic,
Minister of Justice; and Velizar Skerovic, Minister of National Health.
CITIZENS TO GET IDENTIFICATION CARDS -- Ljubljana, Slovenski Porocevalec,
3 Nov 50
According to a recent decree, every Yugoslav citizen who lives on Yugoslav
territory and is over 16 years of age must have an identification card. Military
and militia personnel are not required to have these cards. Cards may be issued
to persons under 16 upon the request of parents and guardians. The card is valid
6 years, but has to be renewed every 3 years for an additional 3 years. These
cards are identical for the entire country and are issued by srez authorities for
internal affairs to persons under their jurisdiction,
