During August 1950, Czechoslovakia imported goods worth 2,958,000,000
crowns, and exported 2,363,000,000 crowns' worth of goods. The total value
of imports for the first 8 months of 1950 is 22,879,000,000 crowns, while
22,808,000,000 crowns' worth of goods have been exported. This indicates
an un3avorable balance of 71 million crowns for the first 8 months of 1950.
The unfavorable balance for the same period of 1949 was 1,332,000,000 crowns,
