The new sdmiristratio^ pledged the following. (1) to extend its activities
to all spheres oP organization -- schools, women's clubs, youth organizations,
singing societies, and. -ports clubs; (2) to establish efficient management in
all the association's a.c:tivities -- aid to the poor, the sick, and the aoP~;
(31 to safeguard relations with the homeland, especially by organizing trigs to
Po]xnd end vacations fo: children; (4) to observe democratic principles in di-
recting the association and. to treat all members on an equal basis for the good
of the organiaation and its members
