The source further =*.3trd that Soviet technicians and engineers, numbering 500, have opened the mine, which is located at a certain town about 7 miles out- side-of Tsingtao, and have also set up an arsenal to produce hand grenades, in- fantry rifles, light machine guns, and other small arms.
