Urals, and the North Caucasus. In the rest of the Iuropean USSR,
slightly cloudy, dry weather prevailed.
Last nightts lowest temperature in Moscow was 6 degrees; it
was 31 degrees at noon todny.
Tomorrow, the weather in Moscow is expected to he partly clou-
dy without precipitation. Temperatures will be 2-4 degrees during
the night, 16-18 degrees during the day. (1)
Today, the woather in Moscow Oblast is expected to be partly
cloudy without precipitation. The wind will be northwesterly, of
moderate'veloccity. The temperature will be 10-15 degrees. (2)
Today, the weather in Riga is expected to be slightly cloudy
without rain. The temperature will be 14-16 degrees. (3)
During the period 1-3 June, partial cloudiness with occasional

11 in Leningrad and Vladimir, 12 in Sylctyv~ar, KShar'kov, Kursk,
Smolensk, Orel, Kaluga, Gor'kiy, Kazan', ~onza,and Kalinin, 13 in
Lvov, Voronezh, Bryanek, Ryazan, Kuybyshev, SQratov, and Riga,

Today, the weather in Riga is expected to be slightly cloudy

During the period 3-5 June, slight and partial cloudiness is
predicted for the Moldavian SSR. There are to be occasional showers
and thunderstorms. The wind will be from various directions, light
to moderate. Temperatures will be 9-15 degrees during the night,

Partial cloudiness without precipitation is predicted for Lenin-
grad and the oblast today. The wind will be northwesterly, moderate

Yesterday's temperatures in Leningrad were 13 degrees during

This morning, sharers fell locally in Belorussia and in Smo-
lensk, Velikiye Lziki, Kalinin, Novgorod, and Pskov oblasts. Rain

the morning, 16 degrees during the day. (5)
On 5 June, warm, mostly dry weather with partial cloudinoss
and light southerly winds was observed in the Estonian SSR. The
nighttime temperature was 7-12 degrees. Noon temperatures were
14 degrees in liustve and Kuressaere, 18 in Vyru, 19 in Tape,
Pyarnu, and Tartu, 20 in Vil'yandi and Tallin, and 21 in Valga.
On 6-8 June, warm weather with partial cloudiness and light
to moderate southerly winds is expected in the Estonian SSR.
Showers will fall locally with thunderstorms in the south. Te'n-
peratures will be 5-10 degrees during the night, 17-24 degrees
