The government commission in charge of the transfer of administrative
employees to produr..tive labor has issued a report concerning the progress
made in fulfilling the transfer plan. The report covers the period from the
obeginning of the program to 4 August 1951..
Th.e following chart lists the perr_entage fulfillment of quotas, fixed by
government commissions for all central organs, P_lthough the program has just
begun, individual central organs fulfilled t:;e transfer plans by 4 August as

The Ministry of Finance is one of those administrative organs which has
