FIX PRICES OF GLASS MEDICAL PRODUCTS IN RUMANIA
The text of Decision No 249 of the Ministry of Health, dated 23 June 1951,
reads as follows:
Article 1. Consumer sales prices for glass products for hygienic purposes
are fixed according to the accompanying table.
Article 2. The reduction of prices for commercial organizations is fixed
at 25 percent for articles included in the table.
Article 3. Sales prices are understood to be FOB.
Article 4. The Directorate of Planning and Records is authorized to enforce
the present decision.
