THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION TURKMEN SSR 9 PERCENT BELOW THIRD-QUARTER 1951 PLAN The Stattstics Administration Turkmen SSR reports that Turkmen industry fulfilled the third-quarter 1951 gross-production plan 91 percent, including 87 percent by union industry and 94 percent by republic industry. Fulfillment of the third-quarter 1951 plan by oblasts was as follows: Ashkhabad Oblast, 94 percent, including 101 percent for Ashkhabad City; 87 percent for Mary Oblast; 94 percent for Tashauz Oblast; and 91 percent for Chardzhou Oblast. Gross production in the third quarter 1951 increased 27 percent in com- parison with the third quarter 1950, including 25 percent for union industry and 28 percent for republic industry.
