STAKEANOVITES SPONSOR RODER MOVBMEN'r Stakhanovites are, in ever-growing number, following the example of Bela Roder, Stakhanovite lathe operator of the Matyas Rakosi Works, by instructing their less skilled co-workers in fulfilling the work norms. Recently, 51 Stakhanovites of the motorcycle shop of the Matyas Rakosi Works pledged to sponsor the Roder movement. Each Stakhanov'-'e pledged to teach two or three fellow workers who are lagging behind their norms. In general, the Stakhanovites who join the Roder movement promise not only to teach th~eeir fellow Jorkers how to work more efficiently, but also guarantee that slow w rkers will attain and even exceed their daily norms.
