The Presidium of the People's Assembly recently awarded the order of 9 Sep-
tember 1944, ]at Class, to Dimo Dichev, chairman of the State Control Commission,
on his 50th birthday.

The above award was also given to Boris Taskov Tomov and Encho Staykov
Staykov, members of the central Committee of the BCP (Bulgarian Communist Party),
and to Stanka Tsekova, candidate member of the Central Committee of the BCP,
on their 50th birthdays.
Sofia, Rabotnichesko Delo, 15 Jan 52
Yesterday, Academician Mikhail Dimitrov was awarded the "Georgi Dimitrov"
order for his contributions to Bulgarian science. Ivan Dionisiev, director of
the city industrial combine in Plovdiv, accepted awards given to some shod'
workers in his combine.
