FOR SETTING FIRE TO BLAGOEVGRAD STOPEHUUSS
On 28 and 29 December 1951, a trial of terrorists, murderers, and spies,
who or 15 December 1951 set fire to the food storehouse of the Rayon Coopera-
tive Union, *.ook piece in Blagoevgrad. The trial revealed the subveralve
plans of the Tito-Kolisevski gang and their Washington and London masters.
The organizers and participants in the terrorist groups are "Mi.kheylovites"
and corrupt elements. Such elements set fire to the "Geo. Milev" Factory,
and such persona veze tried during Aovember 1951 In Gc:se Delctrev and Petrich.
One of the accused, Khzieto Todorov Katsareki,war.a rich iron and mschine-
oil dealer before 9 September 19440 After Lhe government confiscated his'
wealth, he became the inatlgator of an illegal organization for counterrevolu-
tionary activities against the people's povernmer.t. Ventseslav Fetrov
Aikolov, organizer of the bond, vas formerly a.. ective member of the "Brannik"
(Defender) Org~n:zation. His father, a former follcver of Mikhaylov, ryas
tried br a people's court after 9 September 1944 for participating in the
pereecutlon of partisans.
The following persona were also active in the terrorist grT~up: Stoyu
Khristov Uzunov of Padezh, Blagoevgrad Okoliya, a known fascist: Dimitur
Aikolov Spasov of Blagoevgrad, an enemy of the peopled Ivan C~crgiev Kalen-
deraki, a rebel and the eon of a Mikhaylov follower; Ta~>!o Damyanov Kolev,
a rebel: and Nikola Iliev Aikolov, Vasil Stoychev Aovakov, Stoycho Iliev
Stoilkov, and Stoyna V. Petrova, criminals and enemies of the people.
The trials in Blagee?rgrad shoared that all the criminals az terrorists
received aid and orders from the enemies of the people, the imp?rieliets and
their Balkan agents, the Tlto-Kolisevski gang, {!. Pe ov ~ikolov?7 stated
that all the accused. planned to escape to 'Yugoslavia, but that in order to
br accepted by the UDB (Yugoslav security police) they were required to hand
?,.ue Tito intelligence service espionage information, to murder responsible
party and administration officials, to set fire to food-storage depots,
