THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION ISSUE PAROLE REGULATIONS Decree No 1 of the Ministry of Justice, dated 15 January 1952, details the regulations governing parolees. The parolee receives a certificate from his prison director which states the regulations regarding the parolee's behavior while on parole, as well as a warning that violation of any of these regulations or commission of a criminal act while or parole will result in revocation of the parole. The prison director must immediately inform the police authorities at the parolee's permanent place of residence of the fact that a parole has been granted. 1. Carefully keep his certificate of parole, and show it to the authorities when so requested 2. Return immediately to his permanent residence and report to the police captaincy 3. Report to the police precinct designated by the captaincy on the dates stated in the certificate of parole, and show the certificate when reporting 4. Work during his parole at a job where his employment can be proved, or enter any other occupation not prohibited by law 5. Prove with an official doctor's certificate any illness incapacitating him from work to his police precinct 6. Lead an exemplary life 7. Show his certificate at the termination of his parole to the police captaincy for final entry. If his occupation, e.g., tr'ck driver, forces him"to leave his permanent residence daily or for shorter periods of time, he must request a permit from the policy captaincy.
