ISSUE PAROLE REGULATIONS
Decree No 1 of the Ministry of Justice, dated 15 January 1952, details the
regulations governing parolees.
The parolee receives a certificate from his prison director which states
the regulations regarding the parolee's behavior while on parole, as well as a
warning that violation of any of these regulations or commission of a criminal
act while or parole will result in revocation of the parole.
The prison director must immediately inform the police authorities at the
parolee's permanent place of residence of the fact that a parole has been
granted.
1. Carefully keep his certificate of parole, and show it to the authorities
when so requested
2. Return immediately to his permanent residence and report to the police
captaincy
3. Report to the police precinct designated by the captaincy on the dates
stated in the certificate of parole, and show the certificate when reporting
4. Work during his parole at a job where his employment can be proved, or
enter any other occupation not prohibited by law
5. Prove with an official doctor's certificate any illness incapacitating
him from work to his police precinct
6. Lead an exemplary life
7. Show his certificate at the termination of his parole to the police
captaincy for final entry.
