The Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic
People a Republic of Korea has announced that the Ministry of Mu_
nicipal Management has been renamed the Ministry of Municipal Con-
struction; that Yi Tong, former Minister of Municipal Management,
has been appointed Minister of Justice; and that Ti Chong-ok bas
been appointed Minister for the newly created Ministry of Light
Industries.
The Democratic Front for the Unification of the Fatherland
elected new mem'5ers to fill existing vacancies in the Central
Executive Committee and in the Committee to Investigate Damages
Caused by the Atrocities of the American Imperialists.

The Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK (Democratic
People's -Republic of Korea), by decree of 13 Dec:mber 1951, announced the
owing cabinet changes:
1. Relieved Comrade Yi Yong (1) Ziumbers in parentheses refer to appended
Korean notation as Minister of Municipal Management (2) and appointed him
Minister of Justice in place of Comrade Yi Sung-yop (3) who will be transferred
to another post. is new post not mentioned
2. Renamed the Ministry of Municipal Management as the Ministry of
Municipal Construction (b) and appointed Comrade Kim Sung_hva (5) as Minister
of Municipal Construction.
