The technical center :f the OIR, which has been furalehe~l modern radio
equipment, has also done important work. Aa a result of measures taken by
the technical center, the number of measurements has now increased to 400 per
day on long and medium vaveB and to 600 per day on short wares, as against 260
sad 250, respectively, in 1947, Since early 1951, measurements have been made
every day, whereas pravloualy, they were made every other day. The number of
measurements of field intensity and special meaeuremeate made at the request
of OIR members has increased greatly.

Situ, chairman a! the Albanian Radio Committee. Joachim, chairmn of

of the tecbnlcal commission.
