The Leningrad metal Plant imeni Stalin has completed the plans for one of
the two experimental models of hydroturbines which it will build. They are to
be the prototypes of the hydroturbines for the Kuybyshev and Stalingrad GES.
The turbines will have a capacity of 750 kilowatts and 2,500 kilowatts, re-

The Leningrad Metal Plant imeni Stalin is building two model hydroturbines,
one with a runner of 460-millimeter diameter, the other with a l,000-millimeter-
diameter runner. They will operate under a 30-meter head of water and will gen-
