The possibilities for expoiL- ing high-grade tobacco are becoming greater. Measures have been taken to increase rose and vegetable oil production. Bulgaria is extremely intereszed it importing rubber, cast iron, steel, rails, and liquid fuels, an well as power and mine units. Bulgaria's economic situation is favorable for trade agreements with Western countries, such an Austria. West. Germany, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, England, Netherlands, France, and Belgium. Bulgaria could .xport to these countries corn, oleaginous seeds, fodder, rice, tobacco, fruit., vegetables, and eggs, and could import metals (chiefly steel), rubber, calcined soda, rails, machines, bearings, machine parts, various industrial installations, spun rayon, and c' ?micals.
