INDUSTRIAL SCHOOIS UNDER MAIN ADMINISTRATION FOR LABOR RESERVES According to Grudi Atanasov, chairman of the Main Administration for Labs' Reserves, all industrial schools, as well as factory and plant schools under the Ministry of Education and other ministries, will come under the jurisdiction of the Main Administration for Labor Reserves. These schools will be reorganized in accordance with the duties assigned to the schools for train- ing skilled young labor -eoerves. Young boys and girls between 14 and 17 with at least 3 years of Gymnasium will. be accepted in schools for labor reserves, while boys and girls between 16 and 18 will be accepted in schools for factory and plant training. The schools for labor reserves will have workshops, which will be equipped with the necessary machines and instruments for training students. The students of these schools will receive free meals, clothing, and shoes. 0?_t-of-town students will live in dormitories free of charge.
