The following tables were compiled from figures contained in the budget
speech of the Minister of Finance Tadehik SSR. It should be noted that in
the breakdown of allocations to the national economy the categories "capital
investment," "capital repair," and "working capital" represent functional
distributions of allocations and are not to be cooatructed as repreaentiog
additional expenditures from the budget over the allocations to the various
branches of *he economy. Furthermore, the breakdown of the national econoaic
and social and cultural activities. is not necessarily complete and the fignres~
therefore, do not always add up to the total for these main categories.

Recommendations of the Pudget Commission
The following changes In the budget xere proposed by the Budget Caormiaelon:
T~+ increase the budget revenues by 2,750,000 rubles from }he following
sources:
1,052,000 rubles from the Ministry of Meat and Dairy Industry
290,000 rubles Pram the Ministry of Cotton Growing
808,000 rubles from the Ministry of Food Industry
600,000 rubles from the Ministry of Municipal Services(2)
The Supreme Soviet Tadzhik SSR decrees:
1. To approve the State Budget of the Tadzhik SSR for 1952 submitted by the
Council of Ministers Tadzhik SSR, with changes proposed by the Budget Commission
of the Supreme Soviet Tadzhik SSR as follows:
