It is int,::eating to note that Vuulko Chervenkov, was not present
at the major commemoration services of the third anniversary of
Dimitrov's death to Sofia, but instead, he attended the relatively
minor cemeemaration ceremonies in Stalin. It should also be noted
that Chervenkov was likewise absent from the tenth anniversary ceie-
bration.of the founding of the Fatherland Front and from the con-

monies in Sofia: Georgi Chankov, Rayko Damyanov, Anton Yugov Lrecentl?y promoted

Neycbev, Todor Zhivkov, Georgi Teankov, Dimitur Diuov, Dimitur Ganev, Encho
Btaykov, Rarlo Lukanov, Georgi Traykov, Ferdinand Sazovski, Todor Prakhov, Lu-
chesar Avramov, Elena Dimitrova, and Aacho Papazov, secretary of the Sofia
city committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party.
The following were present at the commemoration ceremonies in Stalin: Vulko
Chervenkov; Stoyan Pavlov, first secretary of the ftsii7 okrug committee of
the Bulgarian Communist Party; and K-yuchkov, Soviet Consul in Stalin.
