fomment: The following table shows the agricultural plan ful-
fillment by 30 September 1952, in percentages, on a republic, okrug,
and okoliya level, of preplanting plowing, fall planting, deep fall
plowing, and fertilization, according to the Bulgarian Ministry of
Agriculture.
It is interesting to note that in connection with the plan ful-
fillment the town of Dimitrovgrad (formerly Rakovski) in listed as
an okoliya center in Khaskovo Okrug. This is the first indication
in the Bulgarian press available in FDD of the possibility that a
new okoliya, with Dimitrovgrad as its center, has been established
in Khaskovo Okrug.7
