The Hungarian Council of Ministers has passed a resolution stating that
a Tanacsakademia (Council Academy) must be established in Budapest for all
members of the local councils. The Tanacsakademia is to give council members
administrative, political, and economic training commensurate with the posttims
which they hold. Instructi(n will also be given by correspondence. Examina-
tions will be given semiannuzlly. The course will require 2 years for corre-
sponding members. Members who have completed the course successfully will re-
ceive a diploma entitling them to enter a law school as second-year students.
