Review: Compilation of the decisions of the Central-South China.Bureau of the
Chinese Communist Party and the Kwangtung Provincial Land-Reform Committee
regarding the continued implementation of land reform and the problems
of differentiating class status in rural areas. Gives an editorial of
the Canton Nan-fang Jih-pao urging the completion of land reform in
KWangtung Province before the spring of 1953. Directives are aimed at
cadres who are negligent in classifying peasants, since the peassnts'
status vi11 determine the treatment they receive in the land-x?eform
program.
