BORICOV, Nikolay Andreyevich, Maj Gen Engr-Tech Serv, Hero of Socialist Labor
Died on 13 September 1955 after a long, serious illness. BORISOV joined
the Communist Party in 1931; he began working as an apprentice metalsmith, and
after finishing a "worker's faculty" [special training courses] at the Moscow
Machine-Building Institute he held several technical positions and was chief
engineer at a machine-building plant.
Since 1938 BORISQV worked as Deputy Chairman of Gosplan USSR, as
Deputy Member of GOKO Gosekonomkomissiya SSR, State Economic Commission
USSR), and as a responsible worker in the Council of Ministers USSR; cur-
ing World War II he was responsible for the production and supply of ammuni-
tion (boyepripasy) to the Soviet Army, and also for organizing the production
of new weapons and combat equipment; his decorations included the title Hero
of Socialist Labor, two Orders of Lenin, two Orders of Labor Red Banner, the
Order of Kutuzov First and Second Classes, the Order of the "Badge of Honor,"
and medals of the Soviet Union. Signed: a group of comrades.

KOLOTIL'SHCHIKOV, Nikolay Mikhaylovich, Maj Gen Avn
Died after a serious illness. KOLOTIL'SHCHIKOV's death is a great loss
to the Air Forces of the Soviet Army, in which he served all of his adult life;
he was a member of the CPSU since 1926, and served in the Soviet Army since
1923, where he rose from officer candidate to major general; his decorations
included the Order of Lenin, two Orders of the Red Banner, and medals. Signed:

MAL'TSEV,I1'ya Konstantinovich, Maj Gen (Ret)
Died after a serious illness. MAL'TSEV was a member of the Communist
Party since 1918 and in that same year entered the Soviet Army, where he rose
from officer candidate to major general; he participated in the Civil and
Great Patriotic wars; his decorations included the Order of Lenin, three
Orders of the Red Banner, the Order of the Patriotic War First Class, the

member of the Communist Party since 1922; he entered the Soviet Army in 1918,
where he rose from soldier to major general; during World War'II, and in the
postwar period, PANITKIN occupied several responsible positions; his deco-
rations included the Order of Lenin, three Orders of the Red Banner, the
