1., On 26 November 7952, the barracks installation north of Se'auer Strasse,
Wei.; seenfels, was. occupied by an estimated 800 troops wearing red.'bordered
black epaulets with artillery insignia and black-bordered crimson epaulets.
About 200 of the troops were officers. At 11:30 a.n on 26 -November, 15 to
20 groups, each of about 20 soldiers wearing black-bordered crimson epaulets
were seen at drill and about 80 troops wearing red-bordered blacks- eraulcts
practiced falling in in the barracks yard. About 40 troops wearing red-:bordered
black epaulets enpaged t.n fatigue duty. At 2 p.m., three units of 60 to 80
soldiers each had fallen in in the barracks yard to receive meal.: One officer
and 25 EZ4 wearing red-bordered black epaulets with arti . err insi n?ia and
carrying practice targe?!.s left the installation toward Selau. Fifteen soldicre
patrolled the barracks area. Trenty trucks were in the garages. The bar..racacs
installation was fully lighted after nightfall. Troops were clean ng weapons
and reconditioning their requiprient in the qua.rters.1 At 2 ...? a woman arrested by sentries in front of the installer i.
On 26 November, the barracks installation south of Seiauer Strasse was occupied
by an -:~stiriated 20- to 300 troops who wore r ed.-bordered black.epe tJ etc with
