1. On 8 and 9 December, the units of Plan No 31

Unit Khlopov which had
previously been stationed in the Olympischee Dorf was quartered
in the clothing depot in Bernau. The electric current restrictions
in East Germany also affec'~ed the Soviet Army and caused complaints.
Restricted hours for military installation$ were changed to periods in
which no current was needed by the troops.
