1. Wiener Neustadt?,e (,, , 4 The following observation .; were made at
Wiener Neustadt airfield between 22 and 20 November 1952:
22November. Aircraft observed at the field between 9 and 11:30 a.m.,P
included 11 twin-jet planes y 1C MiG-15s which were parked near the
road sign on Badener Strasse, and an unidentified number of YiG-15s
in front of the flight control building. The hollow in front of the
pyrotechnic plant could not be cb9erved. There was a 2/10 overcast,
good visibility and no wind until 11 a.m, Then, a light southwesterly
wind arose. After 9 air:., there was air activity by MiG--15s which
circled once over the field after taking off at intervals of 2 to 3
minutes. All of the planes had auxiliary fuel tanks under their wings.
At 10:4C arr.., two MiG--15s took off at short intervals. Thay circled
once over the field: flying side by side and landed almost. simrultaneously,
the second plane slightly echeloned to the rear. After the landing, all
planes taxied to the dispersal area under their own power. According
to local residents, air activity was continued until 2 p.m. yen the
weather became foggy.
24 November. air activity by MiG-15s started
at 8 a.m. The planes always flew in elements of two. They circled over
the field and the town. The weather was suxmy and calm, a.nd there was
a good visibility. At 4 p.:r., three MiG-15s.were towed by weapon carriers
to the edges of the woods near the pyrotechnic plant. No aircraft were
observed in line with the town marker on !3adener .St rasss. No air activity
was perfornmed ? afte ? 5 p.m.
T1G-15s between 8 a. t, and 4 p.m. Only individual flights were observed.
25 Novem e . there was air activity by
26 November. There was no air activity in foggy and rainy weather.
Between 22 and 26 November, no air activity was performed by twin-jet
planes.

and. 1 single-engine plane with a radial engine and a two-bladed
propeller were parked at the field. There was a 10/1.0 overcast and
a northerly wind at a speed of about l0km/h. After, 10 a.m., the visibi-,
l.ity was good. No air activity was performed., The antenna mast with
a cone-shaped bracing was still located on the western edge of the
field. Two battery carriers', each 1 to 1.2 meters long, about 1 meter
wide and with walls about /.0 cm high, were observed near the battery-
-charging station.. Six AA guns with flash hiders were observed on the
southwestern edge of rho .field. The two wooden garages near the rotor
vehicle park were apparently nea.rin coutp..letion. The%.ere not vat c> ed

A truck and a tank truck were observed near the western fuel dump. Nei ;her
fuel containers nor gasoline barrels but a dredger and two MiG-1.5s without
25X1 tails were observed at the site of the former fuel dump.

Two large crates, each the size ?f a boxcar, with annexes were observed

2. i'arndorf {P 0X,,,77 ,. Between 10:25 a.m, and 3 p.m. on 26 November,
18 !iG-15s and 2 biplanes were parked at Parndorf airfield. No air
activity was observed. There was a 10/10 overcast and a light snow-

was a batter carriage for six batteries with two rubber-tired wheels

at the southeastern exit of Parndorf. Motor vehicles parked in the
25X1 motor pool included 4 van-like trucks, . 8 tank trucks, 19 trucks,
3 jeeps, and 1 starter carriage. There was vehicular traffic by tank
trucks both drivers wearing black-bordered
25X1 blue epaulets. No change was observed ntenna mast with a cone-

2:3C p.m. on l November, source observed t1 gat guards wearing black-
-bordered blue epaulets and red-bordered black epaulets were posted at
Waellisch Hof. The guarded section was occupied by 48 truck including
observed near the rotor vehicles. The other section which u s guarded
by a sentry wearing red-borde lank epaulets was occupied by 15 trucks

9. Liechtenstein Castle was guarded by sentries wearing black-bordered blue
epaulets. Sixteen trucks and two radio trucks with cable connections
were parked in the yard. There was no vehicular traffic. Three majors
and two captains, all wearing black-bordered blue epaulets were observed.

two trucks passed through Bruck,/Leitha. it is possible that the trucks
