L As compared with the last reported status of 15 December,
co storks again cbcreased by 9,197 tons of h a r d coal to a total of .
1529280 tons. According to the present daily coal consumption quota at
23,520 tons, total coal stocks represent only 6.5 days' requirements,
which is inadequate for the winter months. The backlog of undispatched
cars continued to increase to a level, which exceeds the normal rate
by 500 percent, The number of damaged cars is decreasing? T1h number
of operational cars continued the proscribed quota of
100,000 units.
